At Sunshine Pediatrics, we work hard to give your child the best possible health care, whether they're babies, children, teens, or young adults. We're experts in your child's physical, emotional, and social growth and development, and will become a medical home for your child's care. You'll benefit from in-house health, nutrition, safety counseling and more. Furthermore, we'll manage your child's care in partnership with you!

Since 2002, our providers have provided their extensive knowledge and experience in working with children of all ages to ensure that they receive individualized, compassionate, and effective health care.

Our Pediatric Care Services

Complete immunization services from birth through adolescence, including the seasonal flu vaccines. We follow the CDC and AAP guidelines when scheduling your child’s vaccinations. Please note: for the protection of our patients, staff, the families of our staff, and the community at large, we do not accept patients who do not or will not vaccinate against the routine childhood vaccines or choose to do an alternate schedule.

Acute (sick) care management with same-day sick appointments. This includes:
rapid strep or flu tests
abscess drainage
infant urine catheterizations
chemical cauterization of umbilical stumps
suture removal
asthma and allergy management

Well visits (routine physicals) and developmental screenings, including hearing, depression, and/or autism screens, and sports physicals

Chronic care management that creates a medical home for your child where the medical management and coordination of multi-disciplinary specialties are centralized. This may include ADHD management.

Coordination of care with different agencies, schools, daycares, specialists, and insurance companies
Completion of sports and camp physical forms, government agency forms, SC Certificates of Immunization, and other medical forms for school or extra-curricular activities. See the Patient Center for details.
